Who I am

MantleMaps is run by me, Clay, from Gretna, Nebraska. Every map is printed on my own machines and packed by me. “I” in these terms means MantleMaps.

The product

Every map is made to order from OpenStreetMap data and satellite-derived elevation. Map data reflects what has been mapped — building coverage and detail vary by place — and the preview shows the exact area, features and relief that will print. Your design and the map-data version are frozen when you pay; that file is what prints. Fine surface texture and layer lines are part of a 3D print and cannot be shown in the preview.

Pricing and payment

The price is shown on the design page and again at checkout, and charged once, by card or wallet, through Stripe. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Production starts after payment clears.

Production and delivery

Maps are 3D printed to order — production is business days, then tracked shipping within the United States (2–5 business days). You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships. See shipping.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund any time before printing starts. Once printing begins the map is custom-made and covered by the returns policy: damaged or defective prints are reprinted or refunded in full within 14 days of delivery.

Your design

You keep the right to the place you chose and the way you framed it; I keep the right to print it for you and to photograph the finished map for the shop. I never publish a buyer’s name or address with a map.

Liability

My liability is limited to the price of your order. Map content comes from public data sources and is decorative — not for navigation, survey or safety use.
